Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals receiving hospice services. You will play a key role in ensuring patients are comfortable, safe, and well-cared-for during the on-call hours. This role involves working nights and weekends to provide support to patients and families during critical moments of care.
Key Responsibilities- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Utah.
- Previous experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, including experience in managing symptoms such as pain, nausea, and anxiety.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate, empathetic care to patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-call environment.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available for on-call shifts, including nights and weekends.
