What You'll Be Doing

● Run company-provided appointments — inspect the roof, present three estimate options in-home, and drive every conversation toward a clear next step

Build your own business on the side. Ask every completed job for a referral, work your personal network, and — if you've got the hunter instinct — go knock doors and canvass neighborhoods for your own leads. Self-generated deals earn you more, on top of the leads we already hand you

● Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, and warranty options

● Manage your pipeline with real discipline in Accu Lynx and Podium — same-day notes, accurate statuses, nothing goes quiet

● Prepare accurate estimates using our measurement tools (Hover, Eagle View, RoofR)

● Collaborate with production and operations for a smooth handoff after the sale

Compensation & Bonus Programs
