Lead Installation Technician

Sugar House Industries in Midvale, UT is hiring a Lead Awning Installation Technician. In this full‑time role you will install custom‑made awnings for residential and commercial properties while delivering excellent customer service. • Review orders and attend morning production meetings.
• Collaborate with the installation team to plan daily schedules.
• Load tools, equipment, and products onto a company truck and travel to appointments.
• Work with a team of 2–4 installers, maintaining respectful communication throughout the job.
• Use ladders, hand tools, and power tools to safely and efficiently install awnings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients.

• Proficiency with power and hand tools.
• Physical ability to work at heights and lift weights of 50+ lbs.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow written instructions, interpret technical drawings and building plans.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to high‑quality customer service.

Full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with a daily lunch break. Some Saturdays may be required.
