Title: Membership Coordinator

Reports to: Club Director

Salary Range: $16-17/hr+ DOE

Location: Midvale Boys & Girls Club, 7631 Chapel St, Midvale, UT 84047

25 hours/week M-F 1:30-6:30pm, with potential for more summer hours

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake is seeking a dynamic Membership Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our organization. If you're passionate, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

In order to best serve this community, fluent Spanish speaking is a requirement.

• Maintain accurate membership records and database entries, ensuring smooth operations for our members and staff
• Field inquiries from parents and families, assist with youth registration and renewals, and provide exceptional customer service
• Help coordinate member events and meetings
• Organize office supplies and handle payments
• Engage with our young members, offering mentorship and support as they navigate their Club experience
• Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

• Some front desk, office, or customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs, with the ability to learn new software tools as needed
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to handle personal information with sensitivity and confidentiality
• Able to communicate effectively over the phone, in person, and over email
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a lively, energetic environment

• Spanish-speaking fluency
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening
• 21 years and over required (to meet driving requirements), be willing and able to drive 15 passenger vans

• 2 years of office experience
• 1 year of experience working with youth
