Hello, Cascades at Riverwalk in Midvale, UT is actively looking to hire a Van Driver/Transportation Specialist part-time including one Saturday a month.
At Cascades at Riverwalk, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care.

Job Description- Schedule patient, doctor, and other appointments
- Load/unload geriatric patients into facility transport vehicle
- Transport patients to/from doctor, other appointments
- 25+ years of age
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs to a height of 3 to 4 feet and be able to push, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 200 feet
- Current driver license, clean driving record
- High School Diploma
- Prior driver experience desired but not required
- Reliable, organized
- Great attitude
- Love to work with geriatric people!
- Able to pass background check
