** What Will You Do?
** In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
* Partner with Strategic Technologies team members, business stakeholders, and IT teams to analyze data quality issues across enterprise applications and business systems.
* Perform data cleanup activities including identifying duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated records and supporting remediation efforts.
* Assist in developing and testing data validation rules, monitoring processes, and governance practices to improve data accuracy and consistency.
* Research and evaluate AI-powered tools and techniques to automate data quality management, identify anomalies, and support ongoing data governance efforts.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to design a sustainable, long-term process for maintaining clean and reliable data using AI and automation capabilities.
* Document requirements, workflows, and proposed future-state processes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Present findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders, contributing innovative ideas that improve business processes and system effectiveness.##
** What Do You Need?
** To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Junior or Senior standing preferred.
* Demonstrated interest in data management, business systems, AI technologies, process improvement, or enterprise applications through coursework, projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
* Basic understanding of data analysis and data management.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, filtering).
* Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts, generative AI tools, or automation technologies.
* Understanding of databases and data structures.
