CARE Express is currently hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician's Assistants for full-time positions in our urgent care clinic. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency room settings.

Experience in occupational medicine is a plus but not required.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing medical care to patients of all ages. This includes conducting patient histories, exams, lab testing, simple procedures, and prescribing medications and treatments according to current standards of care. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and timely medical records, follow infection control procedures, and adhere to safety guidelines, especially in the handling of sharps and body fluids.

It is important to always conduct yourself professionally and follow established protocols to ensure a customer‑friendly environment that delivers high‑quality care. In the absence of specific protocols, you may assume responsibility for leading and supervising the clinic team, with an emphasis on teaching and guidance rather than demeaning behavior. Flexibility is key, as you will occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of practice and help drive the mission and values of the organization.
