• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

• At least two years of relevant work experience required.
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, if applicable.
• Must qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Prepare reports and correspondence.
• Apply instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Knowledge of inventory software, order systems, Microsoft Office.

• Meet federal and state firearm transaction requirements.
• Qualify for FOID card (Illinois).
• Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable.

• Acceptable hearing and vision.
• Adhere to work hours, policies, and rules.
• Stand, walk, reach, handle, lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
• Stooping, crouching, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, lifting 21-40 pounds frequently.
• Occasionally sit, climb, balance, lift 41-60 pounds.
