As a member of the freezer, cooler, and deli team, you’ll keep shelves stocked and maintain the sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers, ensuring product readiness and excellent customer service.

• Stock freezers, coolers, and deli merchandise with proper temperature control and compliance with food handling policies.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and member‑ready areas, checking expiration dates and disposing of lower quality food products.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and display them to maximize sales.
• Perform safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist members on the sales floor, provide deli products, resolve issues, and promote Sam’s Club products and services.
• Follow company policies on cold chain procedures, equipment repair, and cold area operation.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Basic math, time management, and inventory skills.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one (if required).

• Experience in a retail environment, especially in freezers or deli.
• Knowledge of cold chain maintenance and food safety regulations.
• Prior forklift or heavy machinery training.
