The City of Midwest City is accepting applications for a Part-Time Golf Pro Shop Clerk in the Golf Department. The incumbent, under the supervision of the Golf Director, participates in day-to-day operations.

• Participate in day-to-day golf shop operations under the supervision of the Golf Director.
• Assist customers and the public with tact and diplomacy.
• Support daily operations as needed, including cashiering and when required, basic shop tasks.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver's license.
• Must possess (or obtain within 2 weeks of hire) and maintain a Servers License from ABLE.
• Must be able to lift and push 50 pounds.
• Must be able to walk to and from different working locations.
• Must have the ability to perform mathematical computations accurately and with reasonable speed.
• Previous experience in basic daily golf course operations is preferred but not required.
• Ability to deal with the public and other employees with tact and diplomacy.
• This position is designated safety/security sensitive and is subject to pre-employment, reasonable suspicion and random drug and alcohol screening.

• Part-time: 25-29 hours per week, available in the morning or afternoon and weekends.
• Salary: $11.80 per hour.
• No benefits.
