As a Personal Training Sales Consultant, you will be the driving force behind our fitness programs, combining your passion for fitness with your sales skills. You will assign a team of dedicated personal trainers to clients, set and surpass sales targets, and foster a positive, motivating environment.

• Sales Leader
  :
  Engage with current or new members daily; guide them through the Crunch
  
  ONE Kickoff; assign a personal trainer whose dedication and availability aligns with their goals and coordinate with Dotfit programs to achieve those goals and set new team goals.
• Customer Service Concierge
  :
  Address customer questions, comments, or concerns; assist clients with booking sessions and updating billing information.
• Team Builder
  :
  Foster a collaborative environment; highlight the trainer as a subject matter expert to ensure a smooth, results-driven experience and build trust in the team.

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Certification in one or more of the following must be acquired within the first 100 days of employment.
• Certification required in one or more nationally accredited certifications:
  American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM);
  American Council on Exercise (ACE);
  National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer;
  Certified Personal Trainer;
  Health Fitness Specialist;
  The Cooper Institute;
  International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA);
  National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA);
  National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT);
  National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) with Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS);
  International Sports Sciences Association (with NCCA accreditation); and other recognized programs including Personal Trainer Certification as listed by the employer.

• Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs
• Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor degree preferred

• $50,000 - $60,000 total annual earnings potential
• Uncapped commission structure (base pay + commission + monthly bonuses)
