SMIT&DORLAS KOFFIEBRANDERS bv zoekt een proactieve medewerker voor het Customer Service Center. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en behandelt inkomende vragen en meldingen via telefoon, e-mail en het klantenportaal. Je registreert en bewaakt de opvolging, en werkt ook in het weekend volgens een rooster.
