Archives Clerk
Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full‑time Archives Clerk. This position will support one of the world’s leading equipment and manufacturing companies, at its location in East Milan, IL. This assignment is paying $11.42 per hour and tentatively starting September 6, 2016.

• Refile Archives records
• Catalog advertising literature, newsletters, publications, service literature and other Archives records into database
• Prepare inventories of existing collections under supervision of collections manager, including review and purge of duplicate records, and review and maintenance of existing inventories
• Provide digitization services of photographs and other records
• Ingest photographs into digital asset management systems
• Retrieve, stage and re‑file historical documents to support digitization projects

• Experience in a similar role desired
• High level of attention to detail
• High school diploma/equivalent required

• 1st Shift Position
• Long Term – Tentative start date September 6, 2016 to September 5, 2018
