As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in Group O by developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to optimize our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers that meet our quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Your expertise in market analysis, negotiation, and supplier relationship management will ensure that we achieve our procurement goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with strong negotiation skills, excels in building relationships, managing projects, and upholding ethical standards. Effective communication, mindfulness, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments are essential.

- Create and implement sourcing strategies that align with Group O goals and drive cost savings, quality improvements, and supply chain efficiency.
- Identify potential suppliers, conduct thorough evaluations, and select suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, reliability, and sustainability.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and manage contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Set up and maintain product pricing and terms in the ERP system.
- Create purchasing and sales quotes for customers.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential supply chain disruptions and ensure continuity of supply.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of sourcing strategies.
- Manage regulatory compliance documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Excellent analytical and market research skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Flexibility in daily hours worked based on workloads.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Proficiency in sourcing and procurement software and tools.
