This hands-on position is responsible for assisting in all phases of aircraft painting while maintaining compliance with safety, company, federal, state, and local regulations.

• Weekend shift:
  Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 3 work days - 13 hour shifts
• 12% shift incentive

• Apply sealer and mask the aircraft using tapes and paper to protect windows, seals, struts, cables, etc.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding for stripping, priming, and painting processes.
• Apply etch and anti-corrosion coatings and rinse.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces of aircraft.
• Polish and detail exterior paint.
• Fabricate stencils, mix paints, and apply stripes and insignias.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to work with experienced technicians and mentor junior technicians with a calm demeanor.
• Good communication skills in straightforward situations.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Excellent workmanship aptitude and a desire to improve processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to attain and retain AOA badge or meet airport requirements.
• Experience in auto or aircraft painting preferred.

Wage range: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
