Expected pay for this position is $107,619 - $126,630/year. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview POSITION SUMMARYThe Supervisor of Pilots/Lead Pilot is responsible for the oversight of daily operations at assigned remote Aviation bases throughout different regions. This position supervises personnel and coordinates activities of Life Flight pilot personnel. The Supvr Pilot/Lead Pilot, as part of the management team, assists in implementation and enforcement of new and existing Life Flight standards and performs duties as an active flight crew member.
Candidates must live in the Quad City area to be considered due to requirements and responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education- High School/GED
- FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Certification
- FAA Instrument Rotorcraft Certification
- Current FAA Second Class Medical Certification
- 2000 Hours
- Helicopter PIC 1000 Hours
- Helicopter Night Unaided 75 Hours
- Instrument / Hood (50 helicopter in flight) 500 Hours
- Cross Country 500 Hours
- Turbine Helicopter
- Maximum age 70 years
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- EC-145 Experience
- NVG Experience
- Previous Civilian HAA Experience
- Previous SPIFR Experience
- Helicopter Multi-engine Experience
- Helicopter ATP
