Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Warehouse Operations Administrative Clerk

Pay range: $20.00/hr - $21.50/hr.

• Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts traveling through the Company network
• Support packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data‑entry, document preparation and email communication to support third‑party packaging facility’s day‑to‑day operations
• Coordinate the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Critical thinking and decision‑making skills
• Ability to analyze datasets
• Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross‑functional team

• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to be on their feet 70% of the day
• Comfortable in a high‑traffic warehouse environment
• Available to work 40 hours per week

Ideally a bachelor’s degree in business, supply‑chain or related experience.
