As a Packaging Operations Coordinator at the John Deere Mattoon Distribution Center, you will support packaging operations and help ensure service parts move efficiently through the John Deere network. In this role, you will:

• Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts.
• Support packaging operations on safety, quality, and productivity projects.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, documentation preparation, and email communication to support third?party packaging facility operations.
• Coordinate resolution of parts issues between the distribution center, factories, vendors, and dealers—including parts identification discrepancies, mixed stock, defective stock, or unshipped orders.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Strong critical?thinking and decision?making abilities
• Ability to analyze datasets
• Experience leading cross?functional issue resolution

• Experience in a warehouse or production environment
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP preferred)
• Knowledge of developing work standards
• Administrative support experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for approximately 70% of the workday
• Comfortable working in a high?traffic warehouse environment
• Availability to work 40 hours per week

A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered.
