Accountant, Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk, Accounts Receivable/ Collections

Key Responsibilities
Complete daily bookkeeping, maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers, ensure accounts match actuals, and provide clean data to cooperated agency
Coordinate with local operations and sales teams on invoices, reimbursements, accounts receivable/payable confirmation, etc.
Liaise with banks for payment processing, account inquiries, and balance management
Support cooperated agency in tax filing and compliance matters; receive correspondence from tax authorities and forward to HQ, China.
Report bookkeeping progress to HQ weekly, and communicate urgent matters immediately.
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in Accounting / Finance or related field
2+ years of hands‑on corporate accounting experience, with mandatory experience in Italy local company bookkeeping
Italian speaker, with English proficiency for written communication and basic spoken interaction
Proficient in accounting software (Odoo experience is a plus) and Excel
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to communicate smoothly with business departments
Plus: basic knowledge of Italy tax regulations, or experience with Odoo
