About the Role
We are looking for a  Finance Specialist  to join our fast-growing team in Italy. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in accounting and finance operations, combined with a proactive, hands-on approach. This position requires someone who is responsible, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure things get done — even when the task goes beyond a standard job description.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting
Manage day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with Italian GAAP and company policies.
Handle supplier invoices, expense reports, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
Liaise with external accountants, payroll providers, and auditors when required.
Monitor company expenses and assist in budget preparation and control.
Office Support
Support general office management — supplier coordination, utilities, and service contracts.
Maintain and organize administrative records, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations.
Assist with procurement and logistics documentation when needed.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and local employment regulations.
Prepare or support the preparation of financial and operational reports for management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in an international company.
Familiarity with Italian accounting standards and VAT procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant. accounting software.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to take initiative.
Good command of English and Italian (both written and spoken). Chinese language skill is highly desired.
