Responsibilities
Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Distribute and track documents to ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation (including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports).
Maintain and update project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log, and issue log.
Analyse and summarise data from various project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items.
Generate regular reports to support project tracking, including document status updates and overdue reports.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar site-based role
High level of verbal and written English is essential
Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous
