Responsibilities
Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Manage the Firm's reception, incoming calls and shared mailboxes.
Coordinate meeting rooms and office facilities.
Manage correspondence, couriers and office supplies.
Support Partners and Professionals with organisational and administrative tasks.
Coordinate suppliers and assist with the day-to-day management of the office.
Handle administrative filings and errands with public authorities.
Progressively take responsibility for office management activities.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Professional Italian and good spoken and written English.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Reliability, discretion, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Terms & Conditions
- Workplace in via degli Omenoni, 2 in Milan;
- Working hours 9:00 - 18:30;
