The Role

Strategizing and qualifying the best leads with the Partner Account Executives.

Create and implement strategies and initiatives to help us maximize lead generation from our key partners.

Engage with prospects via high-volume cold‑calling (60‑80 calls/day), networking, email, e‑marketing, campaigns, and social outreach.

Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Partner Sales team.

Create your own strategy to seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts.

Analyze prospect business needs, understand processes, determine requirements, and ascertain potential solutions.

Confirm client needs, develop initial client profiles, and help build the most personalized solution.

Collaborate and strategize with PAEs, Marketing, CX Team, and Sales Manager.

Your Profile

Native Italian speaker & at least B1 English.

Previous Sales Experience (Customer Satisfaction, Project Management and similar experiences highly valued).

Tech‑savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.

Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect.

Must be detail‑oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open‑minded, self‑motivated and ambitious to grow within an exciting team.

Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution (we have a culture of change).

Bonus Points

Experience using tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel, etc.

Experience in Sales at a SaaS‑based company or digital environment.

Solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns.
