Sales Operation Specialist – Milan, Italy - Hybrid - (Part-Time, 35 hours/week)

I’m excited to be partnering with a global leader in the solar industry to hire a  Sales Operation Specialist  for their Milan-based team. This is a  part-time (35 hours weekly), permanent role  offering the chance to play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experience in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.

What You’ll Do:

Support the Sales Team with contract and order execution
Coordinate with HQ production, logistics, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery
Communicate with customers on lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery updates
Prepare regular analysis reports (shipments, forecasts) and manage credit insurance lines
Issue commercial invoices and follow up on payment collection

What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge of trade, Incoterms, or shipping/invoicing processes
Prior experience in solar industry or operations (a strong plus, but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office is a plus
Fluent in  Italian
