Requisiti:
- esperienza pregressa come Geometra assistente di cantiere
- precisione, puntualità, affidabilità, capacità organizzative e di problem solving
- buone competenze informatiche
- lettura del disegno edile
- automunito
- disponibilità al full time e allo spostamento su cantieri siti nella provincia di Como/Lecco
La risorsa si occuperà di:
creazione offerte/preventivi
sviluppo e verifica di Computi Metrici Estimativi (CME)
gestione della commessa e relativa contabilità private e pubbliche con relative perizie e riserve
utilizzo strumentazione topografica in cantiere
