We are seeking an EHS Lead to join a leading data centre delivery team, based in Milan (Bertonico, Lodi), Italy. This is a key role leading the EHS team on a major data centre project near Milan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the site EHS team
Implement the project EHS plan and safe systems of work
Review RAMS, permits and temporary works arrangements
Carry out inspections, audits and incident investigations
Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and EHS training
Report EHS performance to project leadership and the client
Skills & Qualifications
Significant EHS experience on large construction projects
NEBOSH or equivalent EHS qualification
Experience leading an EHS team
Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred
Knowledge of Italian EHS requirements an advantage
Strong leadership and communication skills
