The Advocate Group is partnering with a globally recognised running brand to find a  Content Creation Assistant  based in  Milan  . This is an exciting, hands-on role supporting the Content Lead in delivering high-quality visual assets that bring the brand to life.
You’ll support daily creative tasks, contribute to campaign execution, and help shape the brand’s visual identity across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for a junior creative with a strong visual eye, practical design skills, and enthusiasm for sport, lifestyle, or performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Content Lead in producing high-quality visual assets, including  graphics, photography, and video content  for digital channels and marketing campaigns.

• Assist in  editing video and imagery  using tools such as Photoshop, In Design, and relevant video-editing software.

• Contribute to the organisation and execution of  content shoots  , including preparing samples, coordinating logistics, and providing on-site creative support.

• Capture on-the-ground content when required — from product visuals to lifestyle moments — ensuring everything aligns with brand style and tone.

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while helping to evolve the brand’s creative expression across EMEA markets.

• Work closely with the Milan team to support  day-to-day content needs  , from social posts to retail assets.

• Support the creation of materials for major events across the EMEA region.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and social media aesthetics to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Skills & Experience

• Experience with  graphic design, photography, or videography  , ideally within a creative, sports, or lifestyle environment.

• Proficiency in  Adobe Creative Suite  (Photoshop, In Design, Premiere Pro or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital content trends.

• A hands-on, proactive mindset — comfortable jumping into shoots, supporting logistics, and working in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual eye.

• Passion for running or active culture is highly desirable.
