We are looking for a passionate and strategic Leather Goods & Accessories Designer, with experience in leather goods design, and a genuine sensitivity toward jewelry, to join our Design team. The role combines creative and technical work, with a strong focus on evolving and recoloring carry-over collections and researching innovative materials, finishes, and construction details.

Key Responsibilities

Develop leather goods collections with a primary focus on carry-over models: recoloring, material research, finishing proposals, and color palette definition, under the supervision of the Collection Lead.

Collaborate closely with suppliers to research and develop new ideas, techniques, and construction processes.

Manage workflows and project timelines, ensuring adherence to internal deadlines.

Work in synergy with the RTW Design team, Product Development, and Industrialization departments.

Support the design and development of jewelry pieces aligned with the brand’s aesthetic identity.

Requirements

Approximately 5 years of experience in leather goods design.

Strong technical skills in metal hardware development and detailing.

Interest and sensitivity toward jewelry design.

Excellent hand sketching skills and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (3D tools are not mandatory).

Strong adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent command of the English language.

Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic awareness and passion for materials and finishes.

Curiosity and openness to explore projects beyond leather goods when required.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Cultural sensitivity, knowledge of fashion history, trends, and contemporary culture.
