Full Timeacute Permanent Per importante realtà del Lusso, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Product Developer Tailoring, la figura sarà inserita presso la sede di Milano.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the
design team to translate creative concepts into finished products,
ensuring compliance with the brand's quality and luxury standards.

Manage the entire
product development process, from prototyping to sampling and
industrialization.

Select suppliers,
manage sampling, and negotiate supply conditions.

Monitor costs and
production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

Oversee quality
control of materials and prototypes.

Act as a technical
point of reference for the design and production teams, resolving any
technical issues.

Your Profile Essential Requirements:

At least 5-7 years
of prior experience in a Product Development or Product
Specialist role, specifically in the luxury leather.

Strong
problem-solving and project management skills.

Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various
departments (Design, Production, Style Office). Previous experience
in the world of tailoring is considered a valuable asset. English language
proficiency is preferred.

A passion for the
