** Job Description**#  PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING      This is a 6 months Internship,     Fluent level of English and Italian is required,     You are living in Milan,
YOUR MISSION       As a Customer Service Office Intern you will be providing support to the rest of your teammates on delivering first class customer experience.
You will be part of a proactive and effective team as key contact for customers in their journey with CHEP, with the extraordinary opportunity of improving your skills in asset productivity and customer support.
** YOUR GOALS    
*** Take preventive and proactive action to
** ensure that customer satisfaction is maximized**.
* Management of Mailboxes and
** inbound/outbound calls management with particular focus to SMEs.
*** Support the team in
** Customer Experience initiatives.
*** Account Analysis and Control – Using specific tools: undertake account analysis to
** identify trends in customer activity and possible deviations on asset productivity**. Using BW, track account stocks and flows, such identify issues on declarations of equipment movements.
* Manage
** administrative tasks
** using SAP and local tool.
