CUSTOMER SERVICE – Inglese fluente
Per filiale commerciale di una multinazionale leader nel settore della componentistica elettromeccanica, ricerchiamo un/una Customer Service da inserire nell’ufficio commerciale.
Principali attività
Gestione ordini clienti in ambiente multinazionale (AS400 e/o SAP)
Back office commerciale e contatti con i clienti
Inserimento ordini cliente e ordini di approvvigionamento verso le fabbriche del gruppo (Asia/Europa)
Monitoraggio della produzione e delle tempistiche di consegna
Emissione bolle e fatture
Supporto alla forza vendita (statistiche, offerte)
Requisiti
Diploma e/o Laurea
Inglese fluente
Ottima conoscenza di Excel (in particolare tabelle pivot)
Buone doti comunicative, problem solving e dinamicità
Esperienza ruoli analoghi
Si offre
