RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes
Maintain company standards at all times: support VM, stockroom activities and cash desk
Stay up to date with collections, deep knowledge of products, proactive and constructive attitude
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion, RTW experienced
Good experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible and autonomous character
Russian language required
