Azienda operante nel settore metalmeccanico.
Manpower Merate è alla ricerca di un/a CUSTOMER CARE CON TEDESCO per Azienda cliente di Cernusco Lombardone.
Attività principali:
Gestire e assistenza clienti pre e post-vendita;
Gestire e risolvere eventuali reclami o problematiche;
Gestione degli ordini e quotazioni;
Partecipazione a fiere di settore.
Le competenze richieste per la mansione sono:
Esperienza di almeno due anni in ambito customer service;
Conoscenza avanzata della lingua tedesca e inglese;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
Attitudine al contatto con il cliente;
Buone capacità comunicative, flessibilità e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.
Orario di lavoro: da lunedi a venerdì dalle 8:15 alle 16:45 con mezz’ora di pausa pranzo.
