Role:
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers throughout the entire ordering process, including order preparation, execution, and logistics follow-up, to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
Support sales representatives across different European countries by continuously tracking all open orders and proactively addressing potential delays or issues.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, supply chain, production, finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
Work closely with the sales support and finance departments to monitor order payments and resolve any payment-related discrepancies.
Maintain accurate transaction records in the company’s ERP/CRM systems and ensure proper documentation in line with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports related to order status, delivery performance, and customer service levels.
Provide additional customer service and sales-related support as required.
Requirement:
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Italian.
