Adecco Consulting, on behalf of a company leader in the fields of digital payments, connectivity, and integrated identity solutions, is looking for: 1 Customer Service Specialist For our Milan office with proven experience, eager to join a dynamic and international environment.

What You'll Do:
Handle customer requests, ensuring their needs are met in compliance with internal procedures. Monitor and manage customer orders from start to finish, including delivery and invoicing. Place purchase orders with internal and external manufacturing sites, coordinating with all involved partners. Set up material master data in the ERP system according to product specifications Manage customer complaints and incidents, ensuring timely follow-up.

Coordinate all processes related to each order, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs. Maintain documentation in compliance with applicable regulations. Ensure timely billing and monthly stock reporting. Coordinate and track the required processes (approvals, personalization, data reception, customer-owned materials) along with the Envolved departments, ensuring fulfilment of the delivery deadlines. Keep track of the necessary documentation on the basis of the Existing legislation.

Maintain an excellent relationship with customers, internal partners and group companies.

Who You Are:
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You are able to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a dynamic work environment' You have excellent interpersonal skills and can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You are open to feedback and eager to grow professionally.

Requirements:
University degree (preferred) or high school diploma. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English. Experience in handling and resolving complex customer issues.
