Leica Microsystems, parte di Danaher, cerca un Customer Service Advocate da inserire a Milano on-site. In questa funzione sarai l'unico punto di contatto per i clienti spagnoli e portoghesi, coordinando richieste post‑vendita, ordini di ricambi e interventi del Field Service.
Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team internazionali e utilizzerai SFDC e SAP per chiudere ordini, preventivi e resi, garantendo la massima soddisfazione del cliente e una gestione efficiente delle risorse.
