Digital Technical Support, Field - Northern

Experteer Overview  In this role you support dental professionals as a trusted technical partner on the SPARK digital orthodontics platform. You will process and assess digital cases, deliver high-quality technical assistance, and demonstrate SPARK both on-site and remotely in collaboration with Sales. The position combines hands‑on digital dentistry, training, and problem solving, with regular travel to events. You contribute to customer success and product adoption while helping scale SPARK in Italy.

Responsibilities   Dental Technician or Dental Hygienist background preferred
Solid understanding of digital orthodontic workflows and manufacturing processes

Experience with intra‑oral scanners, CAD/CAM systems, digital design software, 3D printing and digital dentistry
Strong IT literacy (Windows, macOS, MS Office, remote support tools)
Good organizational and time‑management skills
Proactive, self‑sufficient, team‑oriented mindset
Native‑level Italian and fluent English; other European languages a plus
Willingness to travel and valid driver's license
Based in the North of Italy
