Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute leatherwear‑focused design support for seasonal runway collections, collaborating with Design Studio and Product Development. You translate concepts into sketches and precise technical specs, ensuring feasibility and high craftsmanship. You will maintain detailed specifications and support fittings, styling sessions, and shoots. This hands‑on role sits at the heart of Zegna’s luxury design process, shaping the next era of our collections.

Retribuzione / Benefits Support the design team through creative research and development of seasonal collections

Translate concepts into sketches and detailed design proposals

Produce accurate technical drawings (shapes, constructions, stitching, patterns, graphics)
Create and maintain technical specification sheets (construction, materials, techniques, color, accessories)
Liaise with product development and cross‑functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency

Support fittings, styling sessions, photoshoots, and other project activities

Contribute to the ongoing refinement and evolution of product collections

ResponsabilitàStrong technical expertise in leatherwear (materials, construction, finishing)
Degree in Fashion Design Fluency in English and Italian Proven ability to develop precise technical drawings with attention to stitching and construction
