Designer Outdoor

Experteer Overview Join Zegna in Milan as an Outdoor Designer to shape our luxury outerwear collections. You will work within the Design team to translate creative concepts into detailed sketches and specs, collaborating closely with colleagues to drive collection development. Your work will blend craftsmanship with innovative materials and construction, contributing to a heritage-driven yet future-facing stack of products.

This role offers hands‑on, minds‑on design challenges in a globally renowned luxury brand. You’ll be part of shaping the future while honouring our artisanal legacy.

Retribuzione / Benefits Participate in creative research for upcoming collections with a focus on outerwear.

Create sketches using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Produce detailed drawings and write specifications (color schemes, construction, materials, accessories).Provide general team support and contribute to design meetings.

ResponsabilitàQualification in Fashion Design.
4 or 5 years of experience in the role.

Fluent in English.

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite.

Freehand design skill and attitude.

Creativity and sensibility to luxury.

Strong team spirit.
