You will help shape BYD’s styling language through end-to-end design work, collaborating with engineering and international teams. The role spans from independent delivery to strategy and team leadership depending on level. Guide juniors and participate in design reviews
Lead the studio’s exterior/interior styling strategy and creative direction (Chief)
Build & manage an international high-performing styling team (Chief)
Coordinate with global design/engineering teams for design realization (Senior/Chief)
Drive innovation in BYD’s styling language (Chief)
Responsabilità   Proven automotive exterior/interior styling experience (Senior/Chief)
Excellent independent design & problem-solving ability (Senior)
Proficient in using design software and tools for proposal delivery; hands-on with digital and physical models
Mandatory professional automotive design portfolio
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Bachelor’s or higher in Automotive/Transportation/Industrial/Interior Design
Ability to work in a multicultural international team
