SUMMARY:

Early Years Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
The International School of Milan is seeking an experienced  Early Years Teaching Assistant  to join our team immediately.
As an IB continuum school (PYP-MYP-DP), we welcome applications from candidates with IB experience, though this is not essential. The role requires a commitment to high standards, nurturing relationships, and a passion for supporting the development of young learners. Experience working with children in an Early Years setting is essential.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Prior experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant
Experience supporting children aged 2–5 (must be clearly indicated in CV and cover letter)
Passion for inclusive, play-based, and student-centred learning
A caring and collaborative approach to supporting children’s development
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field
Recent experience successfully working in an Early Years setting as a Teaching Assistant
Enthusiasm and passion for supporting young learners, with the ability to inspire curiosity and confidence
A high standard of spoken and written English
Residing in Milan with the right to work in Italy
