Early Years (0–6) Teacher and Site Coordinator
The Baby College in Monza, an integral part of the Rootes School educational project, is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our team dedicated to early childhood education (ages 0–6).

The Role
The selected candidate will take on the role of Nursery Teacher with expertise covering the 0–6 age range, while also serving as Site Coordinator.

In collaboration with the Academic Coordinator, the person will be responsible for:

Ensuring the educational, organizational, and relational quality of the school;

Contributing to the creation of a stimulating, inclusive, and bilingual learning environment;

Promoting the well‑being and holistic development of children, in line with the pedagogical values of the Rootes project.

The Ideal Candidate

Holds a qualification that enables teaching in early childhood education (or equivalent for the 0–6 age range);

Has an excellent command of English (C1 level or native speaker), with the ability to lead bilingual educational activities;

Has proven experience in the 0–6 educational sector;

Possesses strong organizational and team coordination skills;

Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with families, colleagues, and school leadership;

Has prior experience as an educational coordinator or site supervisor.
