This position combines business development with a client‑centric, cross‑functional approach in a multicultural setting.
Benefits Actively promote bachelor’s programs to high schools and counselors
Develop and nurture school counselor relationships in the region
Travel 30–40% for fairs, visits, workshops, and webinars
Organize counselor events locally and on campuses
Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment on go-to-market strategies
Generate enrollment growth and optimize pipeline conversion
Provide guidance on financial requirements and scholarship applications
Support retention, visa, accommodation needs, and student communities
Engage with parents, counselors, and agents through multiple channels
Coordinate with internal teams (Visas, Finance) to support pipelines
Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree
High level English and Italian proficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentation abilities
Proven track record in Business Development or related roles
Ability to create and extend professional relationships
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Organizational and time-management abilities
Multi‑tasking and adaptability to changing priorities
Proactive and autonomous mindset
