Retribuzione / Benefits Monitor campaign performance and identify underperforming areas, escalating complex cases to leadership and HQSupport strategy development by gathering insights and contributing to improvement initiatives
Oversee implementation of campaign recommendations to drive performance
Create tailored action plans to address campaign challenges
Recommend improvements and support teams in adopting best practices
Analyze market issues, elevate broader challenges, and assess impact with HQGather knowledge on market-specific attribution models and methodologies
Optimize campaign integration processes to ensure a seamless experience
Responsabilità
Proven track record in optimizing campaigns with strong business, product, and operational acumen
Data analysis proficiency to identify underperformance and propose solutions
Experience in managing project tasks, monitoring, and documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation abilities
Fluent in English;
Italian is a plus Ability to work across teams as a liaison between CPIC and local market teams
Mindset geared towards driving continuous improvements and sharing insights
