Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital activities across multiple automotive brands. This role ensures a consistent and high-performing digital presence, supporting brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement while aligning with company strategies and market needs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital strategies across multiple automotive brands, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and commercial objectives.
Plan, manage, and optimize performance-driven campaigns (paid media, SEO/SEM, etc).
Oversee websites, landing pages, and digital platforms to ensure consistent and effective user experience across brands.
Monitor and analyze digital performance (traffic, leads, conversion, ROI) and drive continuous optimization.
Manage lead generation funnels and collaborate with other departments to improve lead quality and conversion.
Coordinate with brand and other marketing functions to ensure alignment between content, campaigns, and performance.
Manage external agencies to ensure high-quality execution and results.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in OEM or media agency that manages automotive clients.
Strong understanding of digital channels like paid advertising, SEO/SEM, display, and CRM.
Experience managing multiple brands or portfolios is highly desirable.

Experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and CMS platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and actions.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in both Italian and English both spoken and written.
