We are looking for motivated and passionate candidates for the MARKETING INTER position, ready to step up, take on challenges with determination, and make a real impact.

Key activities supporting the Category Manager include:

Supporting market analysis
Contributing to sell-in and sell-out performance analysis
Assisting in the tracking and monitoring of monthly forecasts
Supporting the definition of brand strategy and brand plans (ATL and BTL activities)
Collaborating on the development of consumer promotions tailored to different sales channels
Providing support across the brand innovation pipeline (product launches, campaigns, new product development, and line extensions)
Supporting communication initiatives across different targets and sales channels
Contributing to digital and real-time marketing projects, with a focus on e-commerce channel activation

The minimum qualification for this role are   :

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics and / or Marketing
Interest in New consumers trend (online/offline)
Interest in multichannel management
Good knowledge of Office ( Power point, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Skills requested: accuracy; analytics, planning and organization; results orientation; problem solving
Italian language. Proficiency in speaking, listening, reading and writing English is required

This internship is a structured training experience designed to support entry into the professional world.

Working hours:

Full-time (37.45 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday)
Smart working:
Up to 2 days per week
Monthly allowance: €900
️ Meal vouchers: €8 per day worked on-site
