The ideal candidate
Proven leadership experience at senior level, ideally as Head of Department, Deputy Principal, or Principal in an international or British curriculum school
Strong academic background with a relevant degree and recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
Track record of success in leading upper school programs, including KS3, IGCSE, and A‑Level
Deep understanding of international curricula and assessment frameworks, with familiarity in Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel exam boards an advantage
Commitment to student success, safeguarding, and fostering a positive, inclusive school culture
Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire staff, students, and parents alike
Cultural adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a diverse, multicultural environment
