✨ We're hiring:
Academic Affairs Specialist
SPD – Scuola Politecnica di Design is looking for a new team member to join our Academic Affairs Office.
If you're passionate about education, organization, and building relationships with students and faculty, this role is for you.

What you'll do
You'll be a key point of reference for the day-to-day life of our academic programs, across three areas of responsibility:

Planning and delivery of academic activities — you'll support course planning, manage the academic management system and archives, monitor attendance, student performance and grade collection, and organize written exams, group work, and extracurricular activities (field trips, travel, internal competitions, conferences).

Faculty and student relations — you'll manage relationships with faculty (class kick-off, classroom equipment, schedule changes and reschedules), assist students in person and via email, monitor classroom dynamics, and facilitate student-faculty relations. You'll also produce and send end-of-year certificates.

Academic partnerships and placement — you'll support the relationship with SPD's academic partner and placement activities, helping to organize interviews.
You'll work closely with the other teams across the school to ensure the smooth running of academic activities.

What we're looking for
Professional experience in organizational or coordination roles
Familiarity with design disciplines
Excellent command of English
Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
