OTech Italia is looking for a Junior Trainer to support and enhance our Training Team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing company, contributing to both the operational management and delivery of training programs across Italy.

What You’ll Do

Support in Training Content Creation & Training Materials Development
Support the development of engaging PowerPoint presentations for training and webinars with the ultimate goal of educate, surprise and delight our target audiences
Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of learning materials for internal and external audiences, as well as development of engaging ways to test the knowledge on product
Contribute to create training news updates and related publishing on dedicated training apps for external audiences.
Support the creation of AI powered training to nurture the AI self learning platform.
Assist in translating training materials

Training & Learning Development
Assist live and online training sessions.
Actively participate in preparing training programs.
Progressively acquire the skills to deliver training independently.
Learn and apply public speaking techniques and classroom engagement strategies.

Support Training Operations & Back-Office Activities
Manage the operation beyond the distribution of training material on different channels and systems
Collect, Track and analyze local training data and achivements vs KPIs as well as follow the reporting process required by Hub team.
Facilitate internal communications with internal department such as HR, Finance, and support reporting required from each departments.
Support the organization of local training events working closely with sales team on the terrirory and national trainer

Offline Activities
Support the planning and execution of offline training/marketing activities in retail stores, universities and other relevant locations.
Coordinate roadshows, product-experience activities, photography-related events and other consumer engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams, retail partners, universities, agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare presentation materials, event content, promotional materials and operational checklists.
Provide on-site support and ensure that activities are delivered on time and in line with OPPO brand standards.
Collect participant feedback and activity data and support post-event reviews.

What We’re Looking For
We are also open to candidates with no prior experience, as long as they have the right attitude. We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with public speaking, confident using tools such as PowerPoint, and have a strong interest in technology. Being an AI enthusiast would be a plus. xpavfwm
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is ambitious yet humble, with a strong willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve.

Salary: €600/Month
