Within the Performance Management & Reporting team you contribute to the effective management of settlement processes, ensuring data consistency and quality. You collaborate with the relevant functions to guarantee transparency, reliability, and integrity of information, fostering an environment built on mutual trust. In a growth‑oriented context, you support continuous improvement and effective collaboration to achieve shared results.
Your Field oh Play
Discrepancy analysis: Manage differences between inbound and outbound cycles by aligning supply points, volumes, and amounts, and driving corrective actions with an analytical, data‑driven approach
Data quality: Monitor and update billing data, commercial master data, and RCU, ensuring reliability and consistency in settlement activities
Tariff charges management: Oversee the correct allocation of tariff charges to the billing system to ensure an accurate invoicing process
High‑consumption gas points: Identify and manage gas delivery points outside the TIF scope, supporting rapid decisions based on solid analyses
Inter‑system alignment: Verify the consistency of data requested by other departments, ensuring effective alignment across corporate information systems

Energy & Utilities knowledge: You bring solid knowledge of Customer Operations processes within the energy & utilities sector
Analysis and problem‑solving: You apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, identifying root causes and proposing practical solutions
Business acumen: You understand the business context and operate effectively within the framework regulated by ARERA
Ability to synthesize: You make complex information clear and actionable, adapting it to different stakeholders
Tools: You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); knowledge of SQL or other programming languages is a plus
Innovation and growth mindset: You act with a growth‑ and innovation‑oriented mindset, contributing to digitalization and continuous improvement
Communication and languages: You communicate effectively, building meaningful relationships, and use English as an additional skill
